Meet Adelle

With over 30 years of experience in the resource sector  including offshore oil rigs, mining, construction, and EPCM projects around the world.  Adelle has worked in some of the toughest, most remote environments on earth. Africa. Laos. China. Papua New Guinea. Singapore. If there's a challenging workplace out there, chances are Adelle has already managed people through it.

That global grounding gave her something most HR consultants don't have: a genuine, hands-on understanding of what it takes to build strong teams under real pressure, in real conditions, across vastly different cultures and industries.

In recent years, Adelle has brought that same expertise home, focusing on local SME businesses and the very real, very human challenges they face around employee management. Her approach is built on honesty, integrity, and professionalism  enhancing workplace culture, lifting morale, driving engagement, and improving retention through practical, effective HR solutions and change management done properly, not by the book.

Training and facilitating are a genuine passion for Adelle, and it shows. As a qualified yoga teacher, she brings a real gift for holding space  creating environments where people feel safe to be honest, reflective, and open, whether that's in a leadership workshop, a difficult ER conversation, or a sensitive investigation. It's a rare skill, and one that makes all the difference when the stakes are personal.

Beyond her HR career, Adelle has also built and run her own not-for-profit organisation across Nepal and Bangladesh, working directly with local communities to create lasting, on-the-ground change  the kind of work with no corporate safety net, just genuine commitment and grit. It's this experience that inspires the mountain and rhododendron theme running through this site: a reminder that the strongest growth often happens in the toughest conditions, something Adelle has witnessed firsthand at altitude and on the ground.
