Specialist support for sensitive, high-stakes matters — fixed fee by complexity, scoped before work begins.
This work carries different risk and skill demands to day-to-day HR support, so it sits outside the Hourly, Pre-Paid, and Retainer packages above — even for retainer clients.
Initial review and tier recommendation before further work is quoted

$2,500–3,500ex GSTMultiple witnesses/steps, evidence matrix, formal interviews and outcome letters
$3,500–5,500ex GSTMultiple respondents, legal input throughout, real dismissal exposure
$6,000–9,000ex GSTFixed fees exclude specialist IR/legal input, which is invoiced separately at the specialist's own rate. A documented scope variation applies if a matter grows materially once work is underway. Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBA) and Enterprise Agreements (EA) are scoped and quoted individually based on complexity and negotiation requirements.
